Overview
To send and chase
Each message is written for you to send from your own WhatsApp or email, so it comes from you. Solid never contacts your customers. Mark it sent and it leaves the list until the next reminder is due.
Each invoice is a page your customer opens to pay, and it closes itself when the payment lands. Receipts from the till are here too, already paid. Your clients' contact details stay on your phones.
Paid and cancelled invoices show here for 90 days; open ones stay until they are paid. With Books, every invoice stays.
Repeating invoices
Quotes that become invoices, deposits, repeating invoices and reminders come with Invoicing Pro, in Plan and add-ons.
Payments, newest first
Who paid is never kept. Each line holds the amount, the token, the time and what Solid knows it was for, from your items, notes, invoices and links. Open its transaction to check any line against Solana.
Books
Files open in any spreadsheet. Each payment names its transaction, so your accountant can check any line against Solana.
Your accountant
They sign in at sendsolid.app/account with that address and an authenticator app, and see your payments and invoices and these files. They cannot change anything or move money. Up to three; remove one at any time.
Every bill your till shows gets a short link, sendsolid.app/q/ and ten letters, for sending in a message or by tap. Its page says it is from your shop, closes itself when the payment lands, and runs out after 30 days. Cancel one and its page tells people not to pay it. A link leaves this list 30 days after it closes; the payment stays in Payments.
Low stock
On the till
What you change here reaches every till in the shop the next time it opens, and what you change on a till shows here. Tap an item to change its price, give it options, move it or take it off the till.
Latest changes to stock
Staff
A label on a sale, not an account: nobody signs in with it. Pick who is serving on the till and every sale says who rang it up.
Tills
A paired phone takes payments into your account and never holds your money. Removing one stops it within the hour, when its sign-in next renews.
Seeker perks
What you give customers who stake SKR. They show a Seeker pass from the Solid app, your till checks their stake on the spot and says which of these apply. Nothing about them is sent to Solid, and no record is kept of who used one.

At the head of your invoices, your bills and the receipts for them, always at the same size. Any PNG, JPG or WebP: this page fits it into a square on the background you choose, here on this device, and saves that square rather than your file.

Solid never holds your money and has no key to that address.
Changing where your money goes needs an authenticator app, so an email inbox alone can never redirect it. It takes about two minutes.
This decides where your money goes, so it asks for a fresh sign-in by email first.

Check this against your wallet before confirming. Money sent to the wrong address is gone, and nobody can reverse it.
Your SKR stake is linked from this wallet. Moving where payments land unlinks it, and if it was paying for Solid Business, the plan is billed from today until you link the new wallet's stake in the app.
Two-step sign-in
OffAdd an authenticator app, about two minutes. It is needed before anybody can change where payments land or close this account.
Scan this with the authenticator app on the new phone, then type the six digits it shows. The old phone stops working once the new one does.
Open it in your authenticator app. The key makes the same codes as the app, so keep it nowhere else.
Lost the phone it is on? Email hello@sendsolid.app from this address. Solid checks it is you, then resets it.
Receipts, failed payments and changes to the terms are part of the service and are not on this list. There is no way to be a paying customer without them.
Leaving
Closing cancels the subscription and deletes the account, the staff labels, the sale notes and your payment ledger. It cannot be undone. The payments themselves are on Solana against your own address and are not ours to delete.

A wide photo works best: your counter, your food, your shopfront. It is cropped to 16 by 5.

Find on Solid and Google
A live page is in Find on Solid, the directory, where people look for a business near them, and search engines can find it. Part of your plan. Sorted by distance, never by who paid, and it says a listing is not an endorsement.
Help Google show your page
A preview. Google decides the final look.
Solid tells Google your kind of business, hours, address and map pin, from this page. Change them here and Google is told the next time it reads it.
Promote an offer
One item or offer in the Promoted strip at the top of your kind of shop in Find on Solid, for a week from when it is paid. Always labelled as paid, and it never moves you up the list beneath it.
Your shop's terms
The law in South Africa asks every online shop to show these before anyone buys. Buyers can return goods within 7 days of receiving them.
